Contact Type does not save correctly when title is blank.
Problem
When you try and save contact with no job title, then the Contact type is set to "Individual / Private Client"
Solution
OnePlace allows the recording of Contact Types to be both manual and automatic.
Your administrator needs to make a change to allow manual contact types to allow these changes to save.

Steps to be performed by administrator
- Goto Setup > Develop > Custom Settings
- Click Manage next to the Options custom setting
- Click Edit
- Tick the setting Allow Manual Contact Type
- Click Save
