    • Made some UI changes in the new contact wizard relating to how duplicates are checked and the steps following a duplicate check.

To help firms better find and use the experience knowledge they have in order to win more work and deliver better services to their clients.

  • Help firms to quickly and easily demonstrate to clients (and other parties) the value that firm can offer in a given situation. 
  • More efficiently find internal people with experience for a client's needs or a proposal. This can be measured against current processes for finding people.
  • More efficiently achieve league table status. This can be measured against current processes for directory submissions.
  • More efficiently price model for prospective matters. This can be measured against current processes for assembling matters for price modeling.
