Company calculated fields - Source of data

The company / account record in OnePlace has a number of calculated field which roll-up information from other areas of the solution.

Those fields include:

Sums up the Cost of All Events YTD field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee.

The event cost is added to the contact if they Attended ( Yes, Attended, Walk-in ) and the function is closed or the function start date is before today and the function start date in this financial year.

Total Cost All Events

Contact > Total Cost All Events

Sums up the Total Cost All Events field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee.

The event cost is added to the contact if they Attended ( Yes, Attended, Walk-in ) and the function is closed or the function start date is before today.

Cost All Seminars YTDContact > Cost All Seminars YTD

Sums up the Cost of All Seminars YTD field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee.

The figure is not currently calculated for individual contacts.
