Company calculated fields - Source of data
The company / account record in OnePlace has a number of calculated field which roll-up information from other areas of the solution.
Those fields include:

Total Cost All Activities | Contact > Total Cost All Activities | Calculated from the Activity cost added to an event or task where the company is also added to the activity or event. |
Cost All Events YTD | Contact > Cost All Events YTD | Sums up the Cost of All Events YTD field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee. The event cost is added to the contact if they Attended ( Yes, Attended, Walk-in ) and the function is closed or the function start date is before today and the function start date in this financial year. |
Total Cost All Events | Contact > Total Cost All Events | Sums up the Total Cost All Events field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee. The event cost is added to the contact if they Attended ( Yes, Attended, Walk-in ) and the function is closed or the function start date is before today. |
Cost All Seminars YTD | Contact > Cost All Seminars YTD | Sums up the Cost of All Seminars YTD field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee. The figure is not currently calculated for individual contacts. |
Total Cost All Seminars | Contact > Total Cost All Seminars | Sums up the Total Cost All Seminars field from all contacts who work for the Company as a Employee. The figure is not currently calculated for individual contacts. |
Cost of Sale | Cost All Activities YTD + Marketing Spend YTD | Calculated from the current Company. |
Strategic Description | Strategic | If the strategic checkbox is ticked, then the 'Strategic' is displayed otherwise 'Normal' is displayed. |
