Summary 

In this release, we have implemented the new OnePlace rebrand (which looks amazing), and provided a component which allows users to store certain contact details confidentially. We've also built a basic iManage integration which allows users to link iManage documents to OnePlace company and opportunity pages. The third new feature is a Custom Settings Object for our consultants to more easily set up and configure our client's environments.

Also note the following fixes and enhancements:

Relationship Summary

  • Resolved overlapping buttons / text on display all view
  • Deleting relationship action now refreshes the component
  • Notes suppressed if option selected to not show
  • Updated to display the same as the normal view
  • Styling improvements
  • Allow the pre-filters to be set to Both, Internal or External

Resolved "Known By" relationship points to contact's previous company - Custom setting and re-indexing process.

We've put in place two options to prevent this issue.

  1. When a contact changes companies, all associated relationships (e.g Known by) should be updated to their new company. There is a custom setting to allow firms to have this update their relationships by default.
  2. When you do turn this setting on, run the "Contacts: Update the known by fields and Areas of Interest Codes" batch process to reindex data.

New Contact Wizard 

  • Company search now lists first  matches 10 (was 5)
  • New Contact Wizard no longer has email address as a mandatory field
  • Resolved issue where contact was defaulting to No Company
  • Resolved Error on Login and Calendar display
  • Fixed issue where Contact Types were updating multiple times.

Functions

  • Improvements to bounce back information within Event invitee lists
  • Invitee filters - updated logic to display ALL list entries when Internal and External filters are both turned off
  • Function Summary: Updated component to hide the Invited By column if it is blank
  • Email Compliance - resolved error when connecting a country to a regime 
  • Contact Email Compliance added Send Link to Contact

Feedback

  • Clear the staff mentioned when the + is clicked again.
  • Font size a little smaller on Feedback Contacts
  • Removed Activities / Tasks from Feedback Mention
  • Resolved issue where adding survey respondents to the respondent list from within the survey object does not create and assign tokens to the respondents

Misc

  • Secondment process will name the placement with contact name, company name and year (if available)
  • Work Request - Addition of a global quick action for Create Work Request
  • Updated the utility bar to clear the name of the 'work on behalf of' when reset
  • Truncating CRPs on Company - amended field to only truncate at end of field with "more..."
  • Resolved issue with the Change Address button on a contact page showing error
  • Manzama settings fields too short, so we lengthened them
  • Removed the default value populated on Conflict Notes on Pipeline as it is incorrect and references a Matter
  • Removed unnecessary padding from Credential and Deal Description Component
  • Activity Timeline - Changed sort of completed activities to descending
  • Bio: Fixed issue where CVs: bullet points in Long field didn't show in Preview
