Adding and editing Areas of Interest

Areas of Interest are maintained within the OnePlace system as a custom

Step-by-step guide

StepDescription
Step 1 - Open the Interests tab

On the tab bar click on the +


and select the Interests tab


If the Interests tab is not appearing please ask your OnePlace support team or administrator to add the tab for you into the profile you have access to.

Step 2 - Open the All view

Click on the Go button next to the heading and the All view selected.

And a list of all available interest areas will be displayed.

Step 3 - Adding a new interest area

Click the New Interest button

and complete the details required.

Note

The Code is a short, preferably 3 - 5 Character representation of the Interest Area which can be used to create views and other shortcuts to this Areas of Interest.


Once the details have been completed click Save
