Functions Export to Concep Functionality

To streamline the process of running Events by Customers who leverage Concep to send out Event invitations, we have made the following change to the OnePlace product:

1. A button called "Export to Concep" has been made available on the Functions page layout.

2. Once the Function invitee list is finalized, use this button to initiate the process of sending out invitations and a Publication will be automatically created and populated with the list of invitees from the Function. If the Export to Concep button has already been ticked then used previously (i.e. there is already a linked publication list), then this will be updated by the process (this default behavior can be changed by using the Export to Concep - Check for Existing Publication.

3. You will then be taken directly to the "Send Publication Subscribers to Concep Campainer" page and the fields will be auto populated with the publication created for the Function.

5. Please also note that one you have exported the list to Concep Campaigner,a link to login to Concep is shown in the highlighted section in the screen shot below that allows you to go directly to Concep.

The above process removes the current need to manually create a Publication for the Function and then populate it with the List used to populate the Function.
