Summary

In July we resolved on a number of bugs and fixes and progressed some larger bodies of work relating to our proposals product in Word (/wiki/spaces/NFR/pages/218759169), our OnePlace Settings page where consultants configure our client's orgs and building the foundations for OnePlace being able to handle user from multiple languages.

Areas of Interest

  • Fixed AOI issue to allow subscribers and administrators the ability to re-add AOIs

 Client / Market Segments

  • Amendments to logo use
  • Removed Client Market Focus text from top component
  • Budget Object created - Allow the budget object to be used to allow practice breakdown of financials
  • Added new links to objects

Companies

  • Fixed behavior where Change Company deletes Lead Source value

Contacts

  • Contact types – implemented fix so when two contacts are merged both contact types are retained. This is an org setting which must be enabled.
  • Fixed New Contact Wizard Error After Selecting Consent Method
  • Update New User Trigger to put new Contact created into the correct company
  • Fixed previous contact salutation autofilling
  • Fixed error using the Change Address button on a contact page
  • Fixed error message when trying to create a new Note for a contact

Feedback

  • Set to flow security down from the Feedback record to Feedback details automatically

Functions

  • Fixed error on updating contacts' attendance on the function

Lists

  • Bouncebacks display on the event record so it's clear who hasn't received emails
  • List Cloning now shows the user how long it will take to clone the list

New Features (in progress)

Document Builder 

We're kinda pumped about the next iteration of our proposals product... Document Builder!

This product will allow firm's BD users to quickly an easily draft a proposal document or CV all from Word, and all from data stored and maintained in OnePlace.

Multi-lingual OnePlace

This work will result in OnePlace clients being able to set their own language and see field labels, system messages and heading in their own language. This will be of great benefit to existing global clients who have offices around the globe in non-English speaking countries, but also importantly for prospects across Asia where there is a lot of interest in OnePlace.

Our new OnePlace Settings console allows our consultants to more quickly and easily make amendments to an org's settings and configurations. Take a peek below at how this looks.
