Overall System

  • Added standard and custom icons to most OnePlace custom components.
  • Added new lightning page layout for 3 column main view

Clients and Markets segmentation - v246

  • Added features to group companies together into key client groups, market and industry segmentation.
  • Added functionality to maintain budgets for Client and Market segments.
  • Added a new Contact Relationship Plan component, including task management.

Lists

  • Merge list feature enhanced with added by merge / combine options
  • Updated Manage Contacts email search to use all available email addresses on the contact.

OnePlace Panel

  • OnePlace Panel updated with the tree control and numerous UI updates and changes.

Secondments

  • Added new tab, objects and page layouts for the management of secondments.

Relationships

  • Updated the display of internal contacts in the relationship summary component.
  • Updated the accounts display of the relationship summary component.
  • Updated the relationship visualisation component height and display.

Tasks

  • Added a new Activity Timeline component which displays tasks for the user or work on behalf of (which can be use on the homepage).

Addresses

  • Contact Addresses are now synced with the Contact Address object.

Objectives

  • Added action planning to the section with tasks to the Objectives component.

Pipeline / Opportunities

  • Update the pipeline object to use Pipeline Contacts now instead of relationships.

Functions

  • Added the function summary feature to display key function metrics
  • Added a new function invitee list to replace the existing (visualforce) multiple invitee update functionality, including select all and more advanced filters.
  • Update subscribers now updates the company of contacts to the current company the contact works for.
  • Added a de-duplicate invitees button onto Functions.

Publications

  • Added a de-duplicate invitees button onto Publications.

Bugs

Overall System

  • Resolved recompilation issue with v.244 and v.245

Relationships

  • 100% CPU issue for Activity Summary component resolved.

Contacts

  • New contact wizard address changes updated to use custom metadata for address types.

Companies

  • Changes to new contact address component.

Areas of Interest

  • Resolved display issue with Areas of Interest components on Contacts and Functions.

Addresses

  • Issues with 2 line company addresses resolved.

Lists

  • Resolved issue with manage contact when a client has more than 1000 users.

To install version 246 : Field History Tracking needs to be enabled on the Relationship object and Set History Tracking should be set on the Relationship Strength, Relationship Point and Relationship Notes fields.
